Shipping and Returns
When you order from Earth Symbols, you can expect your items to be printed and processed no more than 3 working days after you have placed your order. Some in-stock items will be dispatched faster but most 3d printed jewellery pieces will be printed on demand.
Delivery times depend on where you are. Standard shipping is between 3-5 working days. First class is between 1-3 business days.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return & Exchange Policy
With my in-stock items, please get in touch within 30 days of placing your order if you are unsatisfied for whatever reason and I can arrange a return, exchange or refund. The buyer must cover return postage of any items. Contact make after 30 days will be treated on a case by case basis.
For custom items I cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
